In response to a question about Heat’s need for Antetokunpo, Winderman said, “We have to do what Bucks has to do in the NBA Finals, or what Jeannis has to do most to make him very uncomfortable in Milwaukee.” I wrote.

“Another point is this reality. If Heat was willing to trade players for Janis Adetokumpo, they dared to give them at least two.”

Janice himself hasn’t expressed an outside desire to leave Bucks, but he’s franchised as his free agent status is imminent and the team hasn’t reached the finals yet under his leadership. There is no guarantee that it will stay.

Heat is a respected organization with a rich history and a leadership core made up of some of the best players in NBA history. If Janice decides to leave, many expect him to want to join the South Beach team.

And Miami seems willing to let go of any player they have to complete the deal. Don’t be surprised if they make a big signature at some point in the offseason of 2020.
