MPL ID Season 4 Playoff Bracket
GridGames.ID – The Regular Season Round of Mobile Legends Professional League Indonesia (MPL ID) Season 4 has just ended.
During the 8 weeks of the Regular Season round, there were many unexpected things, such as ONIC, the champion of last season, who was known to be so hard to beat, now has to be in the middle of the board.
Likewise with Alter Ego who was able to move up to the top 3 thanks to his best performance with the new roster, Celiboy.
In fact, the 1st and 2nd place in the standings were again occupied by two well-known Indonesian eSports teams, EVOS eSports and RRQ, known as El Classico.

MPL ID Season 4 Week 8 standings
On the last day of the Regular Season (13/10), Branz et al from Bigetron eSports had to accept defeat to Geek Fam ID with a score of 2-1.
Meanwhile, the El Clasico between EVOS vs RRQ was won by EVOS with a score of 2-1.
This situation strengthens the position of the team with the White Tiger logo, which has been at the top of the standings since a few weeks ago.
The Upper Bracket of MPL ID Season 4 is now occupied by two well-known Indonesian eSports teams, namely EVOS in position 1 and RRQ in position 2.

The last match in the Regular Season was ONIC who was able to show their best performance against Genflix Aerowolf with a final score of 2-0.
The victory that ONIC won brought the Yellow Hedgehog team to have a balanced score with Bigetron.
Finally ONIC and Bigetron followed the Match Tie Bracker to determine the 5th and 6th positions.
This Tie Bracker was finally won by ONIC with the Best of 1 system, then ONIC was entitled to be in 5th position and Bigetron had to go down to 6th position in the standings.

Unfortunately, Genflix Aerowolf, which contains former roster from Louvre eSports and the Geek Fam ID team, did not qualify for the playoffs because they were in the bottom two.
Geek Fam ID did show its ability and led to a victory in the last week of the Regular Season.
However, this best performance did not succeed in bringing them into the top 6 while failing to secure a slot in the Playoffs.
Likewise with Genflix Aerowolf who has not managed to get a win in the last week of this Regular Season.
So, the 6 teams that will advance to the Playoffs are EVOS eSports, RRQ, Alter Ego eSports, Aura eSports, ONIC eSports and Bigetron eSports.
The Playoffs and Finals of MPL ID Season 4 will take place on 26-27 October 2021 at Tennis Indoor Senayan, Jakarta.
