Important notification from Mobile Legends regarding the Quick Version update
GridGames.ID – Mobile Legends released the Quick Version update a few days ago, but unfortunately the update actually caused problems for some players.
Problems experienced include decreased FPS, lost account, can’t claim Border Avatar prize, can’t load into Battlefield, can’t even open the game.
With these problems, Mobile Legends said it had prioritized these problems and the feedback was not long ago.

1. FPS dropping
Mobile Legends has found the reason why this problem occurs and will fix it soon.

2. Lost Account
If you have connected your account to any Platform, you can follow the way to restore it by Tap Avatar -> Account -> Change account and Login through the Platform.
Now, if you have created a TP Account, Tap Avatar -> “Account” -> “Temporary Account” -> “Login into TP Account” to change to your original account.
But if you don’t connect your account to any Platform, please go to Home Screen and Tap the Customer Service icon in the upper left corner, then Tap “Account Problem” -> “Retrieve Account” -> “Forget Platform Accounts You Bound Before” – >”Forget Platform Accounts”.
You are required to fill out the form with details so that Mobile Legends can help you retrieve your account as soon as possible.

3. Can’t Claim Avatar Border Reward
