These 6 ML heroes sell in Epic rank! But that doesn't work in Mythic.

Mobile Legends has nearly 100 heroes in total, but in every patch or season there are heroes who appear as meta-heroes. It’s a hero who seems to be relatively strong compared to other heroes, so it’s easier to pick up.

There is no difference between the heroes used in Mythic and Epic ranks, but the unique fact is that the list of metaheroes in Mythic and Epic ranks can differ by 180 degrees. How is it?

After watching many Youtube videos, playing in Epic Tier and talking to followers in Epic Tier. The author summarizes several factors that make heroes sell well in the epic rank.

  1. Micro Friendly: Heroes who need advanced mechanics and quick hands
  2. Late Specialist: Hero must be strong at least 15 minutes late
  3. Farming-oriented: A hero who aims for farming until the end of the game, and participates in group battles after having a lot of items.

1. Hanabi

Hanabi is the most popular marksman hero in the epic rank. Hanabi seems to be very popular due to its fast, easy-to-use and strong farming capabilities towards the end of the game.

In Mythic, this hero isn’t selling very well because the tempo of this hero is too slow. In contrast to other marksman heroes such as Bruno, Brody and Claude, we were able to join the team fight early in the game and do a lot of damage to the opposing team.

2. Ordas

This hero is arguably one of Epic’s most serialized fighter heroes. Many Epic players are afraid of this hero, which really makes sense. Aldous collects 500 stacks and becomes a very scary hero in about 15 minutes.

Skill 1 can defeat an enemy soft hero with a single blow. Even a tank hero can only defeat skill 1 a couple of times if Aldous’s stack and items are full.

In Mythic Aldous, this hero won’t sell because it’s easy to control early in the game and it’s difficult to collect stacks. Also, this hero isn’t very durable, so it’s easy to beat in the early stages. After that, even if you have to enter later in the game, Mythic players usually have Aldus counters such as Twilight Armor (maximum damage 900), Winter Transition (no damage for 2 seconds), and Immortal (live after death). Items are available.

3. Alucard

Since Alucard was revamped in the Next Mobile Legends project last September, Alucard’s damage and farming capabilities have increased significantly. This hero is also at stake in the roles of jungler and side lane, as there are many Alucard players who have succeeded in slaughtering enemies in the epic rank.

But in Mythic, this hero never sells again. Despite the improvements, Alucard’s main weaknesses remain the same. This hero is very easy to kite with CCs such as Stan and Slow. Alucard only works if you can attack your enemies uninterrupted, which makes your life steal very high and makes it difficult to defeat this hero.

Heroes with CC are so popular in Mythic that it is difficult for Alucard to attack enemy heroes without interference. Not to mention where many Mythic Support heroes bought the Necklace of Durance (NOD). This item really competes with Alucard’s life steal.

4. Leslie

Hero counter Leslie

Like Hanabi, Leslie is the second most popular marksman (MM) in the epic rank. This hero has critical burst damage and is very painful later in the game. Second, this hero is easy to use without the player’s need for advanced mechanics.

However, like Hanabi, MM Leslie heroes do not have escape skills and are easily killed by Mythic Meta Assassin heroes. Therefore, this hero doesn’t sell at all in the Mythic rank right away.

5. Sun

Here comes another fighter hero that sells well in the epic rank. This hero can do high damage especially to tank heroes after the middle of the game. Because his passive can reduce enemy hero armor.

However, the weaknesses of this hero are its low durability and lack of escape skills. Therefore, this hero can also be easily defeated in Mythic rank. Mythical meta fighters are heroes who are durable, shielded, or regenerated. So if the fighter hero doesn’t have any of the above, it certainly won’t succeed.

6. Johnson

Currently, this hero is actually an epic-ranked anti-meta hero. Anti-meta means a hero that is effective against a hero who sells well in meta. Well, Johnson is the hero of the Epic Metarank Hero.

This hero is effective in epic ranks for one reason. Dark mapMany epic players have no experience in guessing where enemy heroes are. This is even worse with a friend’s tank hero who doesn’t open the map. For this reason, there are many epic players who often plow themselves and are unaware that they have been suddenly hit by Johnson’s car.

Due to the above factors, Johnson has become a terrifying tank for Epic Tier and is even banned. Although Johnson is not an overwhelming (OP) tank hero on paper. Skills 1 and 2 are less effective than the Metatank hero, so this hero requires level 4. This is very different from mythic tier tank heroes such as Joe Head, Hilda, Harried, and Baxia who can already tear up their opponent’s heroes at level 1 or 2.

These are heroes that sell in Epic rank but not in Mythic. The above heroes can be sold at Epic. This is because heroes are effective in the epic layer and not in the mythic layer. Don’t be surprised if the metaheroes between Epic and Mythic are very different.

For Epic Glory Tier (or so-called Eternal Epic) players, if you want to go to Mythic, you need to learn Meta Hero and Mythic gameplay so that you can play with higher performance. Don’t be content with just following the playstyles of Epic kids. If you don’t make progress, it will be difficult to go up to mythic one day.

Mythic Tier players who have descended to Epic should not immediately attack the Epic Glory Partymate. Pay homage to the heroes they want to choose. Because if you force them to choose a Mythic Metahero, they will not be in control of it and may even destroy the party.
