The first nervous champion was Xin Zhao, who was above average, according to data from Riot himself.

HP and the damage when this champion really annoys the enemy. As a result, Riot put a little strain on Xin Zhao.

Blitz crank

  • Health reduced from 690> 650
  • Health regen per level reduced from 1.07 to 0.81

Ultimate-Static Field:

Damage reduced from 250/375/500> 200/325/450

Reduced silence duration from 1 second to 0.5 seconds

For champions with roll tanks, the Blitz Crank is especially a sick tank because the Alto is so big.

Blitzcrank’s entertaining skill is also a burden to the enemy, as the blood and regeneration of this champion is so great.

Lowering the status of this champion will change the battle and reduce his HP.

Vain

  • Movement speed reduced from 330 to 325

Passive-Night Hunter: Movement speed bonus changed from 30 at level 1 to level 9 at level 5/30 at level 1/20

Second Skill – Silver Bolt: Damage reduced from 50/70/90/110 to 30/50/70/90

Vain is a champion who uses passive skills well, and it is troublesome for the enemy.

The speed bonus I got during the match was so great that Vain was able to escape very quickly in the end.

His second skill was so sick and so impressed that Riot decided to reduce the damage caused by Vayne.

These are just some of the champions Riot has weakened with the latest upgrades.
