“Most players generally use the KDA (Kill-Death-Assist) rating to determine the criteria for players to become teammates.”
“But for me, the KDA rating alone is not enough to determine how and how to play.”
“There are other ratings that can be used, such as AVG-Damage, to find out if a player is ‘ngendok’ (red: more cover) or even barbarian (red: shoots in all directions).”
“Sometimes there are players with the rank of ‘Conqueror’ who have AVG-Damage of up to 500, but the game is ‘sticky'”, he explained.

According to Jeixy, the criteria for players who are suitable to be teammates are those who can balance aggressive and defensive playing styles.
“When the EVOS team created an open recruitment of players, we created a custom mode for playing solo.”

“In addition, it can also be seen how strong mentally he is to play in a team,” explained Jeixy telling the process of selecting players.

4. Selection of Gadgets Also Affects
Although this game released by Tencent Games has a minimum specification that is not too heavy, Jeixy admits that the selection of a capable gadget affects the performance of players to improve their skills.

6. Choose Your Comfortable Weapon and Grip
Although PUBG-Mobile has a variety of weapon choices with varying levels of damage and recoil, Jeixy is more concerned with the convenience aspect in choosing weapons and other supporting items, such as grips.
“The Jughead, for example, is more comfortable using Angled Forehead, although Half Grip or Vertical Grip is better,” he explained when explaining the choice of weapon for his teammate, Sandy “Jughead” Saputra.
“Choose the weapon that best suits our respective characters, because everyone has their own choice,” he added.

7. You don’t have to be the best captain, but you have to be able to control the gameplay
As the team captain, Jeixy said that firmness and accuracy are the main aspects that he must have.
“A captain must be responsive and quick to respond to the game he faces. Here, experience matters a lot.”
